Does Stick Studio work entirely in the browser?

Yes. The main app is browser-based, so most setup, creative editing, and export workflows happen without installing a desktop app.

Can I mix images, text, shapes, and video on the same canvas?

Yes. Stick Studio is positioned as a multi-layer creative canvas, so mixed-media layouts are part of the core workflow. See Editor Basics.

Can I export with a transparent background?

Use transparent-background options only when the export format and the asset workflow actually require it. Start with Image Tools.

Can I change plans at any time?

Most plan changes can be made from your billing settings. Review the effective date in checkout before confirming the change.

Where do I find invoices?

Invoices and receipts are typically available in the billing section of the workspace that owns the subscription. See Billing.

Why can I not see my workspace after signing in?

This usually means you signed in with a different email or a different identity provider than the one tied to the workspace invite. Start with Account.

What should I do if a teammate did not get their invite?

Which browsers are best supported?
